All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a tracking notification once it's shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount — check the checkout page for current offers and promotions.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp (if opted in). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at contact@medorna.in within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped — contact us immediately if needed.
