When can I return a product?
Eligible reasons
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Packaging was already opened on arrival
  • Product defect confirmed after our verification
  • Expiry within 6 months of dispatch (or 50% shelf life remaining)
  • Incorrect item dispatched by Medorna
  • Short quantity received

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

What cannot be returned?
Non-returnable items
  • Perishable goods
  • Customised or special order products
  • Personal care goods (hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Products that are worn, used, or without tags
  • Products with damaged or tampered original packaging

How and when will I get my refund?
Refund details

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method โ€” credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account. Processing takes up to 15 days after we receive the returned product. Your bank may take additional time.

For orders above โ‚น10,000 with manufacturing defects or transit damage โ€” exchange only, not a cash refund.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item first, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

If the product is opened but returned in original packaging and working condition, you are eligible for replacement of the same or greater value.

What if my order is damaged?
Act within 2 hours

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find a damaged product:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and its label
  • Email them to contact@medorna.in within 2 hours of receipt
  • Include your order number and invoice number

We will investigate and arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.
